First Session

The first step to choosing a healthier and well-balanced lifestyle is often the hardest. During your first session at the clinic, we want to get to know you. Our practitioner will ask you questions about what your goals are, your current nutrition, past and potential muscular injuries, and exercise habits. We may ask you to fill out questionnaires too depending on the specificity of your goals.

This session will provide us with the information we need about you in order for us to tailor our services to help you achieve your goals. Additionally in this session you will leave with some expert advice on managing and optimizing your current health. We may even tell you something about you that you didn’t know!

Follow-up sessions

Having attended the first session, and equipped with your information we can start to get to work. The follow-up sessions really depend on what goals you have, but more often than not we will give you a full exercise programme in this session. This will always contain stretching, mobility exercises and nutritional advice.

Depending on your goals, these programmes can include advice on nutrition, exercise routines, day-to-day habits. The programmes are based around The Four Doctors: Dr. Happiness, Dr. Diet, Dr. Movement and Dr. Quiet.
